It depends on how bad the blur is - you could try a sharpen filter. Most graphics packages have them.

Though if it's really bad -  say caused by wind or hand shake, or in the example attached smacking the lens into the canopy, theres usually not much chance of saving it.

For important stuff like weddings, I try to use a Tripod, and weight it down. 
Usually with a small child and gaffa tape:)
