I see that BJsHaven has brought up the question,

Does anyone know of a filter/plugin that will correct a digital photo
and take the blur out of the photo and make it clear looking?

I'm going to take some liberty with that question and change it to read,
"How do I get sharp clear photos."

I suggest that you look at the thread, " Lock up mirror " ... and especially the contribution from  inshaala that gave a link to, "Vibration in camera support".
