You said "magnetize". Does that mean you're using Victoria 4 (or 4.2)?
In that case, the solution to the knee problem may be simple. Make sure you have a body part of the boots selected, then go to the Pose library and click one of the "Magnetize" poses. If the figure is the first Victoria 4 in the scene, click the first pose, if it is the second, use the second, and so on. It might be enough.

If you'e using a figure other than Victoria 4/Aiko 4, you will have to create magnets on the boot parts yourself. You can find out how to do that in the manual, and Dr. Geep also has some good tutorials on using magnets.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
