Is this the tutorial of which you speak (the link above)? If so then this is the terrain map of which he speaks. As it says in the tut, it would be located in Disk 2 and it's name is Erosion2 and is in "tif" format and it measures 319x320 this uploaded image is a "jpg" conversion of that map and can be used in it's stead for the sake of that tutorial.
