Yep, conforming clothing seldom lives up to expectations. If a body part is completely covered by the clothing, you can hide that part to stop poke-through. Otherwise attach a magnet to the offending part of the character, and pull it in away from the clothing. Alternatively, create a magnet on the clothing and pull it out away from the character. The Mag Zone and the area it covers is probably the most important thing when using magnets.
