If your computer has the horsepower and you can deal with a little longer load time. Copy your V4.2 cr2. Open the copy and search on the word addChild.

Look a few lines above the word addchild and you will see he word figure. Above that there should be these two lines of code

readScript ":Runtime:libraries:!DAZ:Victoria 4:V4ERC.pz2"
readScript ":Runtime:libraries:!DAZ:Victoria 4:Deltas:InjDeltas.V4BaseAll.pz2"

Those add in the base morphs.  Now add this line right below those and V4.2 will load with all ++ morphs.

readScript ":Runtime:libraries:!DAZ:Victoria 4:Deltas:InjDeltas.V4Morphs++All.pz2"

I have a cr2 called V4.2Base (the original supplied by daz) and the hacked one I call V4.2++ (it loads all the ++ morphs if you own them)

The hack makes V4.2 behave like V4.1 but keeping in mind that the scene files saved off will be bigger and they take longer to load also.

Of course if you want a little longer load you can hack another cr2 and load all the above and the A4 morphs too :)

Just depends how lazy you are vs the amount of ram your computer has.
