I've never come across a toon render from Poser that emulates the changes in line weight you'd get with traditional (or digital) inking. If anyone has an image that's got an example of this I'd be pretty excited to see it and find out how it was done. I know a few comic book artists who have worked on titles like Spawn and Star Wars comics who have used Poser to help them complete their work but they usually have to take it beyond the render's ability to convery line weight inside a paint app, Illustrator or Manga Studio.
