I think you mean a real persons hair on a poser model, right? Ths is PSP work. Find a picture of a model with a hairstyle you like. Take the picture into PSP (or whatever program you use) and get rid of everythng but the hair. Save as a .png file. When you pose your poser model, make sure the pose of her head arms and shoulders matches up with the model's pose that had the desired hair.  Then take both images into PSP and resize them and line them up so that the hair fits on her head. You will probably need to do some postwork to make it look natural, and you will need to mess with the lights in the render so that the lighting on both hair and figure matches up. Is that what you meant?
