Subject: Please Reset Downloads

Thank you for that. I am able to download the two designfera products, but the powerage product still needs to be reset as it is still saying I have exceeded the maximum number so download attempts.

So please reset the Powerage product for me again. This would be much easier if you had an automated system for this, as Daz does.
