Subject: V4 versus G2

I use them all.  They have their pluses and minuses.  Here is a check list I've made that might help you determin what model will work best for you.

  1. general appearence.  does the model have the right look for you?
  2. morphability.  Is out of the box good enough or does the model need a more customized look?
        (V4 is much more versitile in this area)
  3. Costuming.  Is the right costumes, hair, etc. available for your needs.

Now of course with Wardrobe Wizard 2.0 and Crossdresser the costume issue isn't as pressing, but it all comes down to taste and body form.  The G2 figures don't have quite the versitility in that area as V4, but they have a unique and original look to them that lend to realistic renderings, and at RDNA there are morph-packs that extend thier body shapes.  At content paradise there are several genres of costumes for them as well.  I hope that my suggestions, as simple as they may be are helpful to you.
