According to their website, it supports obj files but does not say whether it can import or export them although I assume it can import obj files from Poser. Frankly, Vue d'Esprit 4.0 looks like a better package with its ability to import Poser scenes directly. Neither one is available yet for Mac OS X although Vue for OS X will be released at the end of the year. There are no announcements with regard to WB for OS X.
