This is a known bug......I have the same problem. I reconstructed the bikini (saved the objects as 3DS, brought them back in, positioned and saved as props, loaded a good figure, replaced body parts....a lot of work) and now it works fine. 20 lashes to Metacreations for insufficient QC, there are so many problems it's ridiculous.....
