Ok, heres what I did, and you can use any program for this part, but I used Vue, anyway, used the text editor in vue to create the number 6, I then exported it in .3ds format.

In Realflow, I imported the object, stuck an emitter inside it and built the mesh(sounds more complicated than it is, its one button push), and then run the simulation, that created the object mesh and output in .obj format, all of it was done in Realflow.

I then used the object sequence import script and import the meshes, its a little bit choppy to be fair but it does work to a point and thats about it. Set my materials and rendered.

Because of the way the import script works it is difficult to import the original object I used and see it fill up, the import script works more like a flip book, replacing one object with another etc.

I am rendering another scene right now, which shows water falling and going over a cylinder, the cylinder is not currently shown and I am working on that, but like most WIP's, its a little bit at a time.
