Quote - Hello, I have a problem.
My labtop harddisk is full, so I buyed an external drive for running bryce and dazstudio, by far the biggest programs on my disk. I backed up al my presets and uninstals bryce and dazstudio.
I instals both on the external disk, and D|S runs oke.
But bryce gives problems. I have 5.5 and 6-upgrade. I instals 5 and directly after that 6. The instalers are exactly the same as the one I used to instal the perfect working bryce on my labtopdisk, so no corupt downloads. Is this a common problem with installing bryce on a external hhd?I get a message that the enterypoint of an .dll can not be fount. but the .dll are all in the same map as bryce. Can somebody helps?
Maybe your old installation that used to be on the C: drive removed a dll that was part of it but left the registry entry untouched and still have it 'point' to the C: location.
Maybe something else/similar with mismatched location.
Do you know which dll it is?
Have you searched the registry for 'Bryce' or that dll to see where the registry thinks it should be located? and is it actually at that location?
