I checked that and nothing like lock figure is on.

It get's even stranger. As an exampleI can't get the hand to grasp or un grasp, yet I'll bend a single finger and suddently the entire hand will move to the grasp setting. When I try to use the grasp dial again, nothing. Same thing with the neck. I'll put in a twist value, nothing, but move an eyeball and then suddenly the neck moves too.

I can only the lower portion of the body to rotate. The upper portion stays locked. It seems like it's everthign above the wast that is locked. All the morphs work fine, it's jsu movement and scale.

Very weird.
