I see that JeniferC and Renderosity staff,

have determined that the problem lies in the core routers owned
and operated at our co-location facility ...
the changes the co-lo needs to work on are scheduled for Monday.

Please let the Renderosity community know when the changes have been
made so that we can test the downloads with SPI both enabled and disabled.
