   7)  What is the file size stated on Bondware before downloading and what is the file size your computer has after downloading (but before trying to unzip)?-See Above
4. What browser do you use?-Safari 3 and Firefox 3
5. Brand of your router/firewall for your local network? (see known issue with Netgear routers at bottom of this post) Motorola modem-Netgear router-but this is the first time I have any problems and I have been use this setup for more then 2 years.
