Ditto what ghonna and ockham said. Another issue is that no one has access to a mocap rig (yet) to make those just for the Poser figures, with one or two exceptions. But with the optitrak system out there now, it may only be a matter of time. That being said, =any= captured motion is going to require cleanup and hand tweaking to get it to behave as desired. Splicing coherent mocap files and monkey-matching disparate ones can be boring, frustrating, and tedious. But it is also skills that a keyframer needs.
