The simplest method is to copy the Poser.exe to the folder you want to install V4 to. That single file is all the DAZ installer looks for, if it's in the folder you want to install to, it'll proceed with the installation, regardless of whether the folder is the main Poser one, or any other.

It's still a good idea to install V4 to the main Poser runtime though, otherwise loading her and injecting her morphs takes significantly longer (almost "go get yourself a cup of coffee" longer).
