The main difference between Poser7's and PoserPro's content is that PoserPro includes two "barebones" figures.
By barebones, it literally means barebones! They are designed to be tampered with, sculpted and stuff in Zbrush, Mudbox, Silo, etc etc, and create normal maps, displacement maps, etc etc to make them look as you want them to.
Which is great, if you do that sort of thing for a living or fun. But they are certainly not intended to use "as is" and get mistaken for photorealistic work.
The main selling point of PoserPro, IMVHO, is not it's extra content, but it's other features, like Collada support, 64 bit render engine, the rendering queue, tangent and object space normal maps, and so on.
