LOL wow i just got around to watching that tutorial finally... its so basic that I'm not sure who he made the tutorial for.

My machine is a BEAST and render queue simply does not work.  it sits on WAITING forever- and the tutorial did not shed any light at all on how to use multiple machines to render.  It also failed to mention that you are NOT supposed to use the render queue at all if you only have one machine... which apparently is what Smith Micro says.

I'm not sure why it's such a mystery here, seems like it should just WORK, and it don't =/

I've also noticed Smith Micro support is utterly absent  (have yet to answer a question I submitted to a "technician" on their site 2 weeks ago).  Also there is not a single question or answer with the word "queue" in their knowledge base.  Are there any comprehensive tutorials for it yet? 

Maybe I'm just too early and we're all waiting for the instructions...  the manual sheds no light on the subject either.  I can read labels on buttons by myself, I need to get the queue working lol
