Thanks Plutom.  I think I figured out what the problem is.  If I am correct, this particular make up kit was made using a morphed Victoria 4 head instead of the original shaped head.  I've attached two pics to demonstrate.  The one without writing on it is the Hi res mat for V4 from DAZ and the other one is the V4 pic that comes with the make up kit.  I've scaled them both down and then grey scaled them to protect the copyright of the artists.  I'm only showing them here for demonstration purposes.  I hope that is ok.  If not, feel free to correct my mistake.

Anyways, notice the difference?  They are very close but there is just enough of a difference to make the eye make-up not fit quite right on the Hi res mat.  Do you all agree?  I really would appreciate an opinion on this as I thought I was loopy or something because I couldn't figure out how to get the eye stuff to fit.
