Not really, Gareee. It's just frustration talking. Customer service, the times I used it, provided
little sevice and major headache, with service reps who knew diddly squat. :) I'll fire off an
email to the above addy. I'm willing to give SM a chance. After a tough day, I kinda snapped. :)
