Okay, there's a bit to go through in that link but I'm starting to fiddle around with it now.  As of now, there's minimal reflections and I don't have any AO on to my knowledge.  Acadia, I just did another test image and I'm still getting some of those squares, but I had a bucket size of 16 and the squares are smaller than that.

ADP, when I save it as a PNG (and have noticed improvement, so thank you for that time) there's a really light area in the hair that I'm not getting in JPG... is that normal?
