Dear ssgbryan, chapeau for your extensive and informative reply to us newbee's. A sudden mishap made me deaf and put me out of the working world. So did the banks. All I can do is pay cash and that won't work with afore mentioned institutions. Renderosity is therefore a gift from  heaven because of it's abundant knowledge and free plug-ins.
I make my stripbook now, not a comic but an illustrated story of a yachtsman who ends up in the antique world of 500 BC. I have only three male characters  and three female's to work with.

Befolre I was handicapped, I useed to be a pro-photographer.  Therefore I clearly see that  the developers of  Poser are neither filmers/photographers. Imho close to stupid, ridiculous. I tried to lock a certain lighting - it doesn't work. In the real world, lights are switched on and off. Not so in  Poser, they circle around with the position of the  camera.

Therefore I am very glad to see a site like renderostity and  members who take a serious interest in the troubles of a newbee.
