Funny... I could have said the same about C4D interface when I tried the demo last year.

I guess learning curve can do that to any software.

Speaking of learning curve, if you are going to invest in learning a free 3D modeler, your time will be better invested if you learn this one (attached link) :)

And yes... it has improved a lot since the dark ages of its convoluted interface.
