Go down to the long post at the end of the page.
In there is a link to a page that will ask you to sign in or register.
Once you have registered you will be taken to a page with three links: The first one is for the program, the second for pdf manuals etc (in an exe file) and the third for the tutorial videos.

I had trouble finding this myself as I was expecting the link to be near the beginning of a topic.
