Quote - 'Girl Next Door' type slogans have labeled MANY things over the years, so I really don't think there is any reason to be unhappy over it. You aren't the first to use it, you won't be the last.
i was pointing out that i would expect no less from someone who casually rips off the protected Suicide Girls trademark than to also capitalize on the success of a fellow merchant's product line. that is all.
(...and for the record, i was the first to use it on a poser character pack. the original GND pack was released 7 years ago, and at the time i did a marketplace search to make sure it wasnt being used by anyone else.)
i dont understand why this is such a big problem for some merchants. theres nothing 'special' about the name you choose, its not what makes the product successful. so go choose something you can develop into your own line.
for example, people dont buy 'Daz 3d's The Freak' or 'The Girl' because they like the name. so why would you make a competing 3D model named 'The Freak' or 'The Girl', despite the fact that its not trademarked, unless you either lived in a bubble or were deliberately trying to capitalize on the success of the former?
