I was having the same Problem and posted to the other thread on page one of it. Not testing to all configurations is BS when you have an off-the-shelf machine with stock parts used world-wide. Mine is like that. It doesn't even run Vista, just good old Windows XP. Smith-Micro was clueless after I sent them the system specs. "It should work."

I uninstalled   poser and reloaded, losing a whole week of production.  You aren't alone in in the mess.
