did you conform the clothing AFTER adding the character morphs ?  Poser should apply the same morphs in the conforming clothing as are applied in the figure , assuming that the morphs exist.  If the character uses morphs NOT in the clothing or custom morphs then you need to try using scale , and the other morphs to get a better fit .  

An option is to use the cloth room to "shrink fit" the bikini .
