The shortage is no different here, but the pay is lousy anyway. The trend for hospitals is to go with EEN (endorsed enrolled nurse) - trying to phase RNs out, it seems to me.

The spousal unit is opposed to living anywhere but Queensland... odd, that. Oh well. Nearing the end of my career, so I guess it doesn't much matter. I do like Canada, though... lovely country, nice people... well, hey, look at you! Colour me tempted.... :biggrin:
