In simple terms... step 1:
Assuming you installed June in the same library as your Aiko 3, after loading your Aiko 3 figure into your scene, click on the Poses tab in your library palette. In there you will find a folder for June (you may have to go look for it) and in that folder there will be a number of "poses" that actually apply June's head and body morphs, skin, eyes, make-up, nail varnish etc. (whatever she comes with) to your Aiko 3 character.
Depending on how the vendor packaged the product, the icons for each pose may or may not be illustrated in your Poser library. If the vendor did not supply the Poser icon images, you will just see a grey man shrugging. But the description is there and they will work.
Try that and let us know how you get on!
By the way, many characters for Aiko 3 require the A3 Morphs and Maps product. If June is one of them, you will need to load the Aiko 3 figure which includes these morphs in order for June's morphs to do anything. But even if you do not have the morphs product, you can still use June's skin, make-up, etc.
