I'm a month or so late on this, but here's my desk. It's door atop some "liberated" milk crates.

This is a music studio, too, but I did away with all external gear other than an interface box and percussion and key controllers (Thank gawd for loops and VST instruments). I don't miss the days of miking drum kits, calibrating tape machines and hand-splicing 1/4" tape.

As a drummer, I tend to program most of my rhythm guitars, but should I get stuck, I'm fortunate to have some good guitarist friends who are willing to e-mail me real tracks. I love the net for  working collaboratively!

Have to agree that Wabe's place owns those of us mere mortals, but we soldier on! *D
