no problem, I was there once.  I would really suggest purchasing a character here, or elsewhere that has a nice high res skinmat - and will have morphs as well, sometimes custom (which means that they were not done using V4 morphs++, they are completely custom from the creator).  I usually end up changing the morphs, on anything that I buy, but the skinmat is key for me.  You can also do a google search for "free Victoria 4 skin mat" or something to that effect, or try share cg.
