you have to make a complaint to admin about it, as i believe it is against the tos.

i turned off my comments a couple of years ago when i had someone copy and paste the same comments on two of me piccies on the same day, nothing offensive but to me it was the same as getting no comments, i could see where you might end up saying the same thing as another image you commented on, but to copy and paste just seems pointless to me.
