I found out more about how my work trial and back to work program are going to work.

It seems I was given some wrong information by the girl who is co-ordinating the work trial where I'll be working in medical records.

When I was working my EFT was 0.8, so they are treating the work trial as part of my back to work program and they will not let me exceed 0.8 EFT. So until my actual back to work program starts I will be working 0.8 at the work trial and as my back to work hours increase, my work trial hours will decrease accordingly to keep me at a 0.8 EFT.

My initial hours the first week will be 6 hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, the following week they will increase it to full days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday with 1/2 day on Friday.

They claim I'll get the number of hours I still need before the end of the year, but I'm still nervous about that.

Anyway, I'm a whole lot less stressed about having to juggle so many things as I was lead to believe that I would have to do. I really didn't know how I was going to manage it all without running my health back into the ground.

So it looks like my evenings and weekends will still be my own, at least until I get back to my job where I'll be doing days / evening shift work again.

This we can do only if we are not angry with our critics but will take in good
heart whatever they might have to say." - Ghandi
