Take long break...... a really long one. Don't try to work up inspiration or copy other peoples work. Let it all go for a while, don't even touch Poser and such, do something completely different for a few weeks or months if needed. If during that time your fingers start tickling, you feel an urge to use Poser again and see some ideas forming in your head then you know you're regaining your inspiriation.

If that doesn't happen, then it's time to look for something else to do, find some other hobby.
