Hey Karen......
I used firefox and it was ok.....but it seems to have fixed itself since on IE....I replied yesterday to  site mail and was only today I realised I had done it.....took ages to correct itselt.

 

It just wouldn't let me click my cursor to reply.... was a blank box with just an arrow pointing down.... nothing else...no options or anything.... now they are back though.. yay!
