Not true. You have to look at the dials and work them incrementally in tandem with each other, and you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish. But it has to be done incrementally, not 1.0 on everything. For example, the overwhelming bulk of my work uses Ichiro, for whom there are no usable custom morphs (nor do I know how to make them, sorry). Yes, you have the fae stuff and all that, but the modifications to the face, head structure, body, and overall scale that I use are the result of just the dials, nothing more. And I have an Ichiro now that is uniquely my own.
If I may suggest, learn how to use that grouping tool; it can be your best friend when dealing with body parts that seem ungainly or out of scale. Dr. Geep has an excellent tutorial on the grouping tool; I really suggest looking into it.
