Using m3 blank sr1 for the rigging on your gloves was the first step.  The next step is to open the joint editor and adjust the dynamic and static handles.  The next step after that is to scale up and adjust the inner and outer mat spheres.  The next step after that is to apply bulges.  Hope that helps.
