Hi Stoner.
You will receive dozens of suggestions, and all should be very good.
Mine:
Use Flex and like ServerSide: PHP, JAVA or ASP.NET(C #).
Mine (old) HP is still in ASP + JAVA + HTML, but I am changing for Flex.
