I learned the basics of rigging from the Poser 5 manual but there were huge pieces missing from my knowledge base until very recently. PhilC and Dr. Geep have rigging tutorials at their sites, but I don’t have their urls handy. You can find their names in the forum and check their user profiles for a link.
Rigging in Poser makes a man better appreciate his other options. The glitches: the crashes: the insane instability of Poser at times tests one’s patience. If it wasn't for sheer stubbornness I would have thrown Poser into the garbage by now to focus exclusively on mastering Lightwave. But wouldn’t that be a waste? I have this fabulous skill set. I can rig in Poser! I can earn pennies on the hour!
Good thing I’m not doing this for money. I believe in finishing what I’ve started, but I’m about done with this, and perhaps with Poser as well.
