A low-level soft light behind the monitor, bouncing off the walls (as opposed to you bouncing off the walls) really helps. And really, really, really make an effort to get away from the monitor every hour or so. Get a good book or a dog. It's just too easy to get tunnel vision and to spend an excessive amount of time at this.
