Yes Tom271. I know, but you don't get what I'm trying to say.
The City Official was saying that because Insurance companies won't payout if you commit suicide. So officially there were no suicides on that day and therefore the Insurance companies have to pay out. Kinda nice to know the City was on the side of the victims in all respects.
