36 here, but after this day, I feel more like , uhh, maybe 38 or so. shrug I dunno. Is that bone supposed to make that noise like that? I went to the doctor last week and told him it hurts when I raise my arm up, so he told me, "Don't raise your arm up." Seemed like good advice. ;) Thanks for the much-needed, uplifting thread.
