It seems as though her eyes are looking different directions. The lack of eyebrows makes it hard to judge the beauty. Everyone looks weird without eyebrows.  Still, the nose seems unusually thick and the eyes seem very wide apart.

Native Poser hair could stand some improvement.

The body looks good, for its type.
