A friend purchased Ryxa by Forbidden Whispers for me the other day. Being on dial up I have had problems getting it downloaded and it is now locked. Please reset so I may attempt to
get this item. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I am not seeing that item on your account at all. Can you find out the order # so I can make sure it is set as a gift to you?

Please disable any download accelerator/manager you may have running as they do not work with our system.

Thanks Kristi! Its a problem with my dial up service I'm sure as I've been getting booted about every 20 minutes today so I think I'll wait till tomorrow to try it again...lol

I don't use any kind of accelerator as those mess up my graphics display and I gotta see the art..thats what  makes my heart smile every day...seeing the art.
