Spinning Dragon

This style of Kung FU fights very low to the ground, This causes the opponent to have to reach and spend more time chasing the Dragon while the Dragon wears his opponent out he can strike inflicting damage as his opponent has to fight low to keep up. Another thing about this kind of Kung Fu is the Dragon does alot of rolling and tumbling and bending, Useing the arms and legs to defend and strike. move like smoke, Bend like tree, flow like water, Wax on wax off.

Brings back memories of when I took kung fu classes. Been meaning to go back to training, but kept telling myself I'll go tommorrow, and those tommorrows accumilated to months. Ack!! The first pose reminds me of the stance practices (and the horse stance test to progress to the next level. (ouch))
