Quote - I feel like banging my head against a brick wall right now!  I went to the first link that Acadia pointed me to, downloaded the 4 figures and installed them.  I then opened Poser to see what they were like but they weren't there!  I thought a reboot would fix it so I shut down, waited 10 seconds then booted the machine but they still aren't there!!  :(  What have I done wrong please?
