From looking at the promo images and reading the accompanying text, it looks to me like it's a script that generates one of 44 or 57 shapes, randomly. It will also apply one of the 300 included textures, randomly.
You can see some of the shapes that are generated from the second promo image. A star, a fence, bird bath, a face, some fancy circles, a frog, squares, a fancy bow, etc.
I'm not sure how you would use those in a render though, unless you were doing something from the 60's and 70's and you want to put a picture to your psychedelic trip :)
Now for purposes of collage in a 2D program, those shapes would be great. If the price weren't so high, I could see me rendering random textured shapes and saving them out as backgroundless images to use in collaged images. Or I could use a ding font and apply Super Blade Pro.
